New McDonald’s Ad Theme: McDonald’s is saying so long to its 6-year-old ad theme: “Good Times, Great Taste.” In more than 25 new TV and radio commercials, the fast-food giant will feature the new theme: “You know the one, McDonald’s for food, folks and fun.” Both themes were created by the Chicago ad agency Leo Burnett Co. “It’s a message that reflects the basic values that set McDonald’s apart,” said Paul D. Schrage, McDonald’s chief marketing officer.
