U.S. and Vietnamese experts completed a 20-day joint search for evidence of American military personnel missing in Vietnam, official radio and a U.S. Embassy spokesman said Friday.

“From April 20 to May 10, Vietnamese and U.S. specialists conducted the 10th joint search for information,” the Vietnam News Agency said, adding that the search focused on 12 American airmen missing in action in central Vietnam.

The report, however, did not say whether any remains were found.
