Serious Comic Relief: A parade of comedians, actors and high-kicking Rockettes prompted television viewers and others Saturday to pledge at least $4.7 million to help the homeless. “Comic Relief ‘90,” telecast by HBO, was staged at Radio City Music Hall. The previous fund-raisers, all held in Los Angeles, raised more than $8.7 million. The $4.7-million figure did not include pledges from West Coast viewers, who watched the program on a tape delay. The average pledge was $44.70, up more than $11 over last year, said Bob Zmuda, president of Comic Relief.
