Guzman Replaces Ailing Hernandez
Chillo Guzman of Arizona will replace Luis Hernandez, who came down with the flu 36 hours before his scheduled bantamweight fight against Kennedy McKinney tonight at the Country Club in Reseda.
McKinney (7-0-1, five knockouts), a 1988 Olympic gold medalist, will fight Guzman (5-7, three knockouts) in a six-rounder on the undercard of featherweight Rafael Ruelas’ 10-round debut against Vicente Gonzales.
