Roger Morgan has been appointed to the newly created position of president of the drilling systems division of Varco International Inc. in Orange. Morgan, who has been with Varco for 16 years, was most recently vice president of manufacturing. Varco is a supplier of tools and equipment used in the petroleum industry.
