The Region : Vital Options Sets Meeting
Vital Options, a support group for people 17 to 40 who have cancer and other life-threatening diseases, will have its first meeting of its new San Gabriel Valley chapter at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Hospice of the East San Gabriel Valley, 820 N. Phillips Ave., West Covina.
The group will meet weekly, offering free support and professional counseling services in the areas of communicating with health care professionals, setting life and career goals and dealing with pain, depression and stress.
