20 at Cal Poly Pomona Awarded Scholarships

The California State University system and the National Hispanic Scholarship Fund have awarded $1,000 scholarships to 20 Cal Poly Pomona students of Latino descent. The university contributed $10,000, and matching funds were contributed by the scholarship fund.
The recipients are Velica Acosta, Paul Alva, John Andrade, Guillermina Caloca, Juan Campos, Rosa Elena Delgado, Luis Durini, Adriana Figueroa, Meichele Fuentes, Ricardo Jacques, Linda Lopez, Karen Mendez, Vincente Oliva, Juan Ornelas, Imelda Palacios, Rosa Ramirez, Veronica Reynoso, Jimmy Rodriguez, Leslie Rubalcaba and Kathya Zamora.
