General Motors Plans Finnish Factory: General Motors will begin building Opel/Vauxhall Calibra cars in a plant at Uusikaupunki, Finland, in spring, 1991. The company said it will transfer production of about 20,000 of the new coupes there next year and volume might be increased depending on how well the car is received. Calibras also will be produced at a factory in Russelsheim, West Germany.
