LaToya Jackson’s Black Eyes: Singer LaToya Jackson, sister of superstar Michael Jackson, returned to London from Italy during the weekend with two black eyes, sparking a variety of reports that the singer was either beaten up, the victim of a kidnap attempt or both. The London tabloid Daily Mail reported that Jackson was injured while in Milan with her husband and manager, Jack Gordon, who said she was the target of a kidnap attempt Tuesday in the northern Italian city. It quoted Jackson as saying: “I was beaten up in Milan two days ago. I don’t want to talk about it.” But Italian police have denied any reports of violence against Jackson.
