Curtis Strange overcame an aching back to shoot a second-round 69 for a two-stroke victory over David Frost in the $647,000 Family House Invitational at Pittsburgh, the nation’s richest exhibition golf tournament.
Strange, who shot a course-record 65 Monday at St. Clair Country Club, finished with a 10-under-par total of 134. Frost shot a 66 to finish at 136.
