ROME — Honesty paid for Rome doctor Andrea Maria Frascarelli today when he was awarded a coveted World Cup match ticket after handing in a wallet lost by an Irish World Cup journalist. He found the wallet under a car in the center of Rome. It contained $2,900 in travelers checks and the identification of the journalist. When Frascarelli took the wallet to the Cup press center he got a $120 first-class ticket for Italy’s quarterfinal match Saturday against Ireland. Touts have been asking more than twice that.
