Summer Classics: Los Angeles Philharmonic concerts return to the airwaves at 9 this morning on KCRW-FM (89.9), with a repeat at 10 tonight on KUSC-FM (91.5). The 13-week Friday series represents a unique cooperation between public-radio stations on two different networks.
