AIR PLAY: Here’s one for the FCC. . . . Congressional candidate Barbara Jackson says she’s entitled to equal time on the radio because opponent Robert K. Dornan is being heard coast-to-coast on a talk show (E1). But Jackson, now out of the race, wants to use her time for non-political purposes. . . . Even if it’s allowed, Jackson admits she can’t think of a good cause at the moment.
