Frances Cram; MGM Studios Secretary

Frances Cram, a longtime secretary for Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios, has died in Woodland Hills. She was 90.

Mrs. Cram died Tuesday of natural causes, said her daughter, Eloise Bartlett Kearns.

Born Frances Bermudez on Jan. 23, 1900, in Los Angeles, Mrs. Cram grew up in the Los Angeles area and graduated from Belmont High School in 1918.

Mrs. Cram worked for MGM from 1936 to 1956. She was a resident of Studio City from 1954 to 1988 and had lived at the Motion Picture and Television Fund Country House and Hospital in Woodland Hills since September.

She is survived by her daughter, Eloise Bartlett Kearns of Canoga Park; two granddaughters; and one grandson. A Mass is scheduled for 7 tonight at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 13370 Valleyheart Drive, Sherman Oaks. A private burial is planned for Saturday. J.T. Oswald Mortuary in Reseda is handling the arrangements.
