Ventura Entertainment Declares 2-for-1 Stock Split
Ventura Entertainment Group Ltd., a North Hollywood producer of television shows, declared a 2-for-1 stock split for its stockholders of record Aug. 1.
“We believe that this action will increase the liquidity in the company’s shares, making them more attractive to the investing public,” Ventura Chairman Harvey Bibicoff said in a statement.
