Executive Job Change: J. Harold Street, president of The Koll Co.’s marketing services group, resigned to start a consulting firm. A former commercial real estate broker with Grubb & Ellis and Coldwell Banker, Street joined the big Newport Beach developer in 1983 and was in charge of marketing Koll’s buildings on the West Coast and in Texas. Street was made president of the marketing group only last year.
