More About the King: What’s that statue with blinking lights atop the Capitol Records Tower in Hollywood? It’s a shrine to Elvis, outfitted in a glowing white jumpsuit. KLOS 95.5 AM morning duo Mark and Brian hoisted it on the building’s roof as a tribute to the King on Thursday morning. The statue is a spruced up Bob’s Big Boy that Mark and Brian borrowed from a La Cienega restaurant, complete with sideburns and sunglasses. The deejays had some trouble getting the King up the stairs, and had to saw off the statue’s base. The statue is on display until Monday.
