Driver Dies in Truck Fire

PORTER, Me. —
A truck hauling 9,000 gallons of gasoline overturned and exploded Friday, killing the driver and igniting a fire so intense that firefighters were blistered through their protective clothing, authorities said. The accident occurred in an unpopulated area near this southwestern Maine town.
