Quality Systems Inc. Appoints President to Succeed Founder

Seymour Z. Rubenstein has been appointed president of Quality Systems Inc., a Tustin-based provider of computerized management systems to the health care industry.
He succeeds Sheldon Razin, the company’s founder, chairman and chief executive, who will remain in an overall leadership position at the company.
Since joining the company in January, Rubenstein has served as the company’s chief operating officer.
He previously served as president for three of Rockwell International’s corporate divisions.
