NATION : Playboy Model Gets 5 Months

MILWAUKEE — A Playboy model drew five months in prison for not paying taxes on $398,000 given to her by a rich elderly man and was ordered to stay away from men at night until her term begins.
Leigh Ann Conley, 35, was also fined $10,000 and placed on a year’s probation Wednesday by U.S. District Judge Thomas Curran.
Prosecutors said businessman David Kritzik paid more than $1 million to Conley and her twin, Lynette Harris, for companionship and, in the case of Harris, sex.
Harris was convicted in May of evading taxes on $686,000 from Kritzik, a widower who died last year at 89. She was sentenced to a year in prison and fined $12,500.
Both women claimed that the money Kritzik gave them during their five-year relationship was a gift.
Conley, who must report to prison within 30 days, was told to remain in her home between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. without male companionship.
