American Plastics and Chemicals, Inc. has named William Morris president, chief executive and director. Two other new directors were elected: Edwin Matovich, president of MKR Inc., Costa Mesa, and Fritz Hostettler, president of Polymer Technology Associates, Princeton, N.J. Morris is president of National Energy Development Corp. of Dallas, a privately held oil and gas exploration and production company.
