International Law to Back Up the Will of the World
History marches on and George Bush tags along, but not quite. The truth is that we must lead history. This means keeping Saddam Hussein in a chokehold until he passes out (despite possible renewal of terrorism), solving the deficit without creative accounting, dealing with the Palestinian problem in a straight and just fashion and, last but not least, looking at the Soviet Union without Gorbachev-colored glasses (which means accepting and supporting the freedom and independence of Baltic States strongly and sincerely).
