HARRY SHEARER

Share

Poor Harry Shearer. How inconvenient that his parking rights have been so disrupted and deprived (“And Away They Tow,” Man Bites Town, July 22).

I say to him, get with it! It’s 1990 already. If you put your money in your meter you won’t get ticketed. If you don’t park where you’re not supposed to you won’t get ticketed. And, better yet, if you don’t park in a tow-away zone, you won’t get towed. All you have to do is read the signs and your friends won’t get a citation. Hey, I suggest you get with a few dozen neighborhood citizen groups and voice your gripes about this subject. Boy, will you get an education.
