Home Services Firms to Join: ServiceMaster, a leading provider of consumer home services, and Waste Management Inc. announced plans for a partnership that analysts valued at $818 million. Both companies are based in Illinois. The resulting business would be known as ServiceMaster Consumer Services L.P., with ServiceMaster holding a majority interest.
