Homemade Latino foods, children’s games, dance groups and live music will be some of the features at the first Health Fair in the streets of the Jeffrey-Lynne neighborhood behind Disneyland on Saturday.

Lynne Avenue, the main street through the small, low-income community, will be filled Saturday morning with health agencies offering free services including measles vaccinations, blood pressure readings and AIDS tests.

In addition, several social service agencies will staff booths with representatives to answer questions about housing, immigration services, employment and legal aid.

“The incentive is, if they go to the health screenings, they’ll get a free ticket for the booth games,” said Anita Castro-Zvoda, director of the Jeffrey-Lynne Community Center.
