Sean West scored three goals on penalty kicks to lead UC San Diego to a 5-0 victory over Southern California College (2-5-1) in a nonconference match in La Jolla.

Mike Alberts and Chris Romey scored the other goals for UCSD, which is ranked fourth in the NCAA Division III and improved to 7-2. The Tritons next match is Sunday at 1 p.m. at home against rival Claremont.
