Time Warner Inc. Establishes Unit: The company said it had established a publishing unit that will oversee its book and magazine divisions and named magazine group boss Reginald K. Brack Jr. to head it. The unit will be called Time Warner Publishing Inc., and it will oversee Time Inc. Magazine Co., with about $2 billion in revenue a year, and Time Inc. Book Co., with more than $1 billion in annual revenue. Brack, 53, will be chairman of the new unit while retaining his titles as chairman, president and chief executive of the magazine company. Its publications include Time, Life, Sports Illustrated, People and Fortune.
