Air Force F-16 Pilot Killed in Crash in South Carolina

VALDOSTA, Ga. —
An Air Force pilot on a training mission was killed when his F-16 jet crashed in a remote area of South Carolina near the Georgia border, military officials said. The jet from Moody Air Force Base crashed Wednesday night in a heavily wooded area near the Savannah River.
