Joe V. Orsak has been appointed vice president of development for South Coast Medical Center’s Foundation office. He will be responsible for the hospital’s fund-raising efforts and the management of its various support groups. Orsak previously worked for the Special Olympics California and was corporate vice president of development and community relations for United Western Medical Centers.
