Contributions of Grace Payne

“Amazing Grace,” is just what the word implies, “amazing”! Dr. Payne has done more for the Watts community in her 18 years of service than anyone else. The Westminster Neighborhood Assn. and the surrounding projects have been the highlights of the Watts area.
