“Amazing Grace,” is just what the word implies, “amazing”! Dr. Payne has done more for the Watts community in her 18 years of service than anyone else. The Westminster Neighborhood Assn. and the surrounding projects have been the highlights of the Watts area.
Dr. Payne sacrificed up to 20 hours a day, seven days a week, dedicating all her energy to making this community a place to be proud. If you can’t bring us good news, print no news.
