O. James Woodward III, executive vice president and manager of the Guarantee Group of Glendale Federal Bank, has announced his retirement, effective Nov. 1. He will join the Fresno law firm McCormick, Barstow, Sheppard, Wayte & Carruth. The law firm represented Guarantee Savings for years before its merger with Glendale Federal Bank and continues to represent the bank.
