Amoco Corp. President H. Laurance Fuller has been elected to succeed Richard M. Morrow as the Chicago-based oil company’s chairman and chief executive. Fuller, 51, will take on the new positions with Morrow’s retirement in February, 1991, at age 65. Both have served in their current positions since 1983.
