Storage Tank for Alcohol Explodes, Killing Worker

TAMPA, Fla. —
A storage tank at a petroleum products terminal exploded, killing one worker, authorities said. The victim was sandblasting at the terminal Monday when a tank holding 35,000 gallons of isopropyl alcohol exploded at GATX Corp., a jet fuel and petroleum products transporter.
