Culver City : Restaurant Row Approved
The city Redevelopment Agency has approved preliminary plans for a restaurant row project that will include four restaurants on a 5.5-acre site on Slauson Avenue across from the Fox Hills Mall.
The development, known as the kite site because the parcel is shaped like a kite, will include a Marie Callender’s restaurant, Red Robin, a gourmet hamburger restaurant, and Little J’s West, a 24-hour supper club that will feature live entertainment.
Alhambra-based Jacmar Builders Inc. is still looking for a tenant to occupy the fourth parcel.
City officials said they expect construction of the three restaurants to be completed within 17 months.
