BABY BOOK: To help reduce infant deaths, the local March of Dimes is publishing a “prenatal record booklet” aimed at women treated in public clinics. . . . “When it’s time to deliver, lots of them go to (hospital) emergency rooms,” where doctors know nothing of their prenatal histories, a spokeswoman says. . . . The booklet, filled out at each prenatal visit, will contain treatment information she can hand to an unfamiliar doctor. Booklets will be available in three months.
