OXNARD : 5 Arrested in Car Theft, Burglaries
Five suspects have been arrested by Oxnard police on suspicion of car theft and several burglaries at two fast-food restaurants in Ventura and Oxnard, police said.
The incidents occurred between Aug. 27 and Oct. 18.
The five suspects in custody are Timothy Callusine, 18, of Oxnard; Alec Mikami, 18, of Torrance; Michael Bitz, 18, of Port Hueneme; and Juan Ochoa and Mark Antonelli, both 19-year-old Oxnard residents.
The investigation centered on two burglaries at a Ventura Taco Bell restaurant and three at the Wendy’s on Saviers Road in Oxnard, police said. Items stolen were televisions, video recorders used for training workers and headphones.
Police did not say how the suspects were identified.
