HMMMMM: Last year, an earthquake rocked San Francisco on Oct. 17, four days before the League of California Cities was to meet there. Thursday an earthquake jolted Anaheim two days before the league was to meet there. . . . Next year the league meeting returns to San Francisco, but a spokeswoman for that city’s disaster preparedness office had no comment.
