Rosewood May Sell First Executive Stake: Rosewood Financial Partners said in an SEC filing that it has decided not to propose a recapitalization, reorganization or restructuring of Los Angeles-based First Executive Corp. Rosewood said it is evaluating its investment and depending on the results as well as investment opportunities, market conditions and other factors it may decide to dispose of all or a portion of its shares. Rosewood holds a 9.9% stake in First Executive.
