5 Offices Closing: Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate Services of Southern California, based in Mission Viejo, said it will close five Los Angeles area offices and merge their operations with larger offices. The cost-cutting move will result in the layoffs of 10 clerical workers. The offices to be closed are in San Pedro, Hacienda Heights, West Los Angeles, Toluca Lake and on Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles.
