Military Families Offered Gulf Taping

LONG BEACH — Family members of service personnel on active duty with Operation Desert Shield are invited to attend a live broadcast Monday of the Rick Dees Show at the Hyatt Regency Long Beach, 200 S. Pine Ave., from 6 to 10 a.m.
Family members will have a chance to record personal messages for relatives in the Persian Gulf on the air with KIIS-FM (102.7 FM) morning disk jockey Dees. The tapes of the four-hour show will be distributed to U.S. forces in the gulf. For information, call 491-1234, ext. 6100.
