Two-Story Homes in Banning

Twelve two- and three-bedroom homes with 2,165 to 2,629 square feet of space are up for sale this weekend at the Classic Series at Sun Lakes Country Club, a single-family home development in Banning that’s being built by Newport Beach-based Presley of Southern California.
The project will eventually have 83 homes. Each house in the opening phase has two stories, with prices ranging from $215,000 to $235,000.
A $71.50 monthly homeowners fee helps to maintain an 18-hole golf course, recreation center, tennis courts and pool.
The sales office is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily at 850 Country Club Lane, reached from the southbound Highland Springs exit of Interstate 10.
