Cheap Water for Farmers

I am skeptical of the motives of the “farmer bashers” who want to raise the cost to California farmers for doing business in this state. Cloaking their true agenda behind environmental concerns, these folks may want to drive farmers out so they can gobble up the rest of the state to build more housing developments, hotels and Disneylands.
I want California farmers to remain competitive. And maybe I’m selfish, but I like to see wide-open spaces when I leave the tumult of urban Southern California.
