Plight of Lowly Koala a Lesson About Humans

There are more essential animals on the food chain than the Australian koala. (“Saving the Koalas Is Giving Businesses a Boom in Publicity,” Nov. 4.)

But it may take the demise of this lovable marsupial to remind Man that his mindless, cancerous breeding will ultimately kill all.
