International Creative Management Inc. filed a lawsuit Tuesday against director Peter Bogdanovich, accusing him of failing to repay the talent agent company more than $100,000.

ICM contends that in July, 1989, Bogdanovich agreed to repay $133,780 plus 10% interest for loans and commissions owed the company, according to the lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court.

In exchange for the promise to repay the money, ICM “forgave all previous owed sums of principal and interest,” according to ICM attorney Mona Ehrenreich.

After two monthly payments of $10,000 each, Bogdanovich did not make any more payments on the loan, according to the suit.

Bogdanovich could not be reached for immediate comment.

The suit states that “on several occasions, ICM has communicated with Bogdanovich in an effort to obtain repayment pursuant to the agreement” without any success.

In November, 1985, the director filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy, but all the debt to ICM was incurred after that date, according to the suit.
