Carnation Co.’s chairman and chief executive, Timm Crull, has been named president and chief executive of Nestle U.S.A. Carnation’s parent, Nestle of Switzerland, created the new unit in a reorganization of its U.S. food and beverage businesses. Nestle U.S.A. will include, among others, Los Angeles-based Carnation, Stouffer Foods Corp. and the Nestle Hospitality Group, which includes the Stouffer Hotels and restaurants.
