Here are virtually final unofficial results for the Santa Monica City Council election and for Proposition W, the only ballot measure on which the outcome was in doubt. As of Wednesday, all but four absentee ballots had been counted. The City Clerk is scheduled to certifiy the election results on Tuesday. Winners, when determined, in bold type.
