Trace Mountain Acquisition: A unit of Nakamichi Corp., in partnership with Tokyo-based Nikko Capital Co. Ltd., has acquired Trace Mountain Products Corp., a computer diskette duplication firm in San Jose. Nakamichi Peripherals said it will merge Trace Mountain with another subsidiary in the same line of business, Media Division Corp. of Scotts Valley. Nakamichi Peripherals, a Cypress holding company owned by the Tokyo-based audio equipment manufacturer, will own 79% of the new firm.
