Covina City Council May Shift Meetings

Starting Feb. 5, the Covina City Council may began holding its meetings on the first and third Tuesdays of each month, instead of the first and third Mondays.
The council on Monday approved the first reading of the municipal code amendment, which will be voted on again Dec. 17.
Councilman Henry Morgan said the change would give members more time to read the agenda before meetings and to ask questions of the city staff.
