Times Mirror Co. Chairman and Chief Executive Robert F. Erburu and Oregon communications executive Carolyn S. Chambers have been redesignated chairman and deputy chairman of the board of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco for 1991. The designations are for one year.

Erburu served as deputy chairman of the San Francisco board in 1987 and chairman during the past three years. Chambers, president and chief executive of Chambers Communications Corp. of Eugene, Ore., served three years as a director of the Portland branch beginning in 1980, joined the San Francisco board in 1985 and has been its deputy chairman since 1988. Times Mirror owns the Los Angeles Times and other media properties.
