Subject Is Roses: KTTV Channel 11, which once ran the Rose Parade in 3-D, has a new idea--no commercials. Programming vice president Don Tillman said Wednesday that seven sponsors have agreed to receive acknowledgement before the parade but not during it. The live coverage will run commercial-free from 8 to 10:30 a.m. Jan. 1, followed by a commercial-free rerun.
